Punjab: Congress MLA 'slaps' man after he questions him on works done so far
Punjab: In a viral video that is making rounds on social media, Congress MLA Joginder Pal was seen slapping and assaulting a man who asked the MLA, "What work have you done in the constituency?"
The whole incident was captured on a camera. Congress MLA Joginder Pal slapped a man who questioned his job. The video shows Congress MLA addressing a crowd inside a tent in Bhoa in Pathankot district.

Soon after MLA Joginder Pal slapped him, policemen and several other people started beating the man in the video.

Not just this time, the Congress leaders have been seen avoiding public that questions the word done by the current Punjab government.
Punjab's Finance Minister Manpreet Singh Badal has been saying 'Khazana Khali Hai (Khazana is empty)'. Likewise, people have been questioning him and the Punjab government on why 'Khazana' was empty?
However, the newly appointed Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi on Tuesday said that "neither 'Khazana' was empty and nor we will let it happen."
