Punjab Government urges public support to stand against Drugs
Punjab Government has requested for public support to step up against the drug abuse in Punjab. Punjab government through the newspaper published an advertisement in which it was mentioned that there are some medical stores which are selling medicines comprised of drugs illegally. Punjab is having over 16000 medical stores which sell medicines for the public. Out of these stores, most of them are doing their work with a synergy, but some of them are selling drugs in the name of medicines illegally.
While Punjab is fighting for drugs, the Punjab government have urged for the support from the public to stand against the drugs. The Punjab government has urged the people of Punjab, that if they see any chemist, medical stores or anyone who is selling drugs in the name of drugs illegally, then they can send the information to the mobile number 9815206006 or simply email them on punjabdrugscontrolorg@gmail.com.
Also, the Punjab government said the identity of the person will be kept secret and strict action will be taken against the accused. Drugs in Punjab is a major issue as almost every day the drugs have been consumed and the government wants to take strict action against it.
