Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi likely to see monsoon rain in next 24 hours
IMD Weather Update: The Indian Meteorological Department on Friday stated that the conditions were favorable for further advance of southwest monsoon over Delhi, remaining parts of west Uttar Pradesh, and some more parts of Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan during the next 24 hours. Hence, widespread rainfall was likely over northwest India during the next 5 days. Meanwhile, isolated heavy rainfall is also very likely over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan and Muzaffarabad, Haryana, Chandigarh, and Delhi during July 11 and July 13. Similarly, heavy rainfall is predicted in Himachal Pradesh and West Uttar Pradesh, and East Rajasthan between July 10 and 13, Punjab and west Rajasthan on July 11 and 12, and East Uttar Pradesh on July 9. Himachal Pradesh is likely to see heavy rainfall on July 11 and 12, in Uttarakhand between July 10 and 12 while in west Uttar Pradesh between July 11 and 13, the IMD stated. -PTC News
