Punjab woman held with heroin in Panipat A Punjabi woman was arrested with heroin in Panipat on Tuesday. The Crime Investigation Agency-1 (CIA-1) unit of Haryana police nabbed the Jalandhar woman at the bus stand. The unit also recovered 670-gram heroin worth Rs 3.5 crore from her procession. The accused has been identified as Parwinder Kaur of Shahpur village at Phillaur in Jalandhar. The unit recovered four brown laddoos containing heroin weighing around 670 grams. The cost in the international market is Rs 3.5 crore. During the preliminary investigation, the accused revealed that she brought the heroin from Delhi and was on her way to Punjab to supply the same.
