Puranpura village, Panchkula: Mother strangles daughter, then hangs herself A mother strangles her 18 months old daughter to death and then commits suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling in a village in Panchkula district, Haryana on Wednesday morning. The incident took place in Puranpura village in Panchkula. Police reached the spot of crime and started investigating. The reason of the suicide and strangling the child is unknown as of now.
