Rahul Gandhi Challenges Prime Minister Modi For Debate Attacking his political rival Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) and country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Congress President Rahul Gandhi challenged the PM Modi to participate in a debate over the details of the Rafale fighter jets. Rahul Gandhi also claimed that the Prime Minister Modi will not be able to answer his questions even for 15 minutes over the alleged scams.
