RCMP Probe, former Liberal MP Raj Grewal spent millions of dollars in Casino Liberal MP for Brampton East Raj Grewal had resigned from his seat to seek treatment for a gambling addiction. However, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) which have been investigating former Liberal MP Raj Grewal for months analyzed millions of dollars in transactions, including at a casino near Parliament Hill. According to sources, Grewal spent millions of dollars in total in the past three years, including at the Casino du Lac-Leamy, which Loto-Québec runs across the Ottawa River from Parliament Hill.
Raj Grewal had resigned last week from the seat of Brampton East.
