Red Fort illuminated with 2,600 lamps ahead of 15th August The ancient piece of architecture, Red Fort, was all decked up with 2600 lamps ahead of the Independence Day. Walls of the Red Fort adorned with spectacular lighting and picturesque view to the commuters. The entire edifice looks like a creature of the night. In a first, India's 1st all-woman Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team comprising of 36 commandos from North-east inducted by Delhi Police, here on Friday. The commandos will be deployed during the upcoming Independence Day celebrations in the national capital. -PTC News
