Ropar gets its own Passport office
The much-awaited Passport office was inaugurated in Ropar by Shiromani Akali Dal’s (SAD) sitting MP Prof Prem Singh Chandumajra on Saturday.
According to PTC News, the newly inaugurated office will issue new passports to the public and will renew the existing passports. In the beginning, nearly 10 people would be able to avail the services on daily basis. Gradually, this number will be increased to 50.
The people of Ropar will be benefited at large with this new office in the region.
