RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat tests positive for coronavirus, hospitalised
Mohan Bhagwat COVID-19: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Friday tested positive for the novel coronavirus. He has been admitted to a hospital in Nagpur.
RSS took to Twitter and said that Mohan Bhagwat has tested positive for coronavirus. Currently, he is having common symptoms of COVID-19 and has been admitted to the Kingsway Hospital in Nagpur.

Reportedly, he is under a general checkup and exercising caution.
It is pertinent to mention that Mohan Bhagwat, on March 7, administered the COVID-19 vaccine. Along with the RSS Chief, the General Secretary of RSS Suresh Bhaiyyaji Joshi had received his first dose of the vaccine at Nagpur's National Cancer Institute.

Bhaggwat was not yet administered the second dose of the vaccine.
India on Saturday records around 1.45 lakh new COVID-19 cases, the fourth consecutive day of the highest spike in cases in the country while 794 new deaths were reported in the last 24 hours.
Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Rajasthan and Delhi are the nine states that account for 83.29 percent of the new cases.
