रविवार सुबह जारी एक वीडियो संदेश में केजरीवाल ने कहा, ''उन्होंने (सीबीआई) आज मुझे बुलाया है और मैं जरूर जाऊंगा। वे बहुत ताकतवर हैं, वे किसी को भी जेल भेज सकते हैं। अगर भाजपा ने सीबीआई को मुझे गिरफ्तार करने का आदेश दिया है तो सीबीआई स्पष्ट रूप से उनके निर्देशों का पालन करेंगे।"

पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान रविवार सुबह केजरीवाल के साथ सीबीआई कार्यालय जाएंगे। सीबीआई कार्यालय के दौरे के दौरान केजरीवाल के कैबिनेट सहयोगी और आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के सभी सांसद भी उनके साथ सीबीआई कार्यालय जाएंगे।

 आपको बता दें कि केंद्र शासित प्रदेश सरकार की आबकारी नीति के निर्माण और कार्यान्वयन में कथित अनियमितताओं से संबंधित मामले में सीबीआई ने केजरीवाल को पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया था। ईडी और सीबीआई ने आरोप लगाया है कि आबकारी नीति को संशोधित करते समय अनियमितताएं की गईं, लाइसेंस धारकों को अनुचित लाभ दिया गया, लाइसेंस शुल्क माफ या कम किया गया और सक्षम प्राधिकारी की मंजूरी के बिना एल-1 लाइसेंस बढ़ाया गया।

 केजरीवाल ने आगे कहा है कि सीबीआई और प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के अधिकारियों के खिलाफ "झूठी गवाही देने और अदालतों में झूठे सबूत पेश करने" के लिए उचित मामले दर्ज किए जाएंगे। दिल्ली के पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री और केजरीवाल के प्रमुख सहयोगी मनीष सिसोदिया आबकारी मामले में कथित अनियमितताओं को लेकर जेल में हैं।

हालांकि आप आज यानी रविवार को सीबीआई कार्यालय में पार्टी प्रमुख केजरीवाल से पूछताछ के दौरान राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में विरोध प्रदर्शन करेगी। 

देश में बढ़ने लगे कोरोना के मामले

कोरोना के लगातार बढ़ते आंकड़ों को देखते हुए ऐसा लग रहा है कि देश में एक बार फिर कोरोना अपने पैर पसारने लग पड़ा है। देश में पिछले 24 घंटों में कोरोना के 3016 नए मामले दर्ज किए गए हैं। ऐसे कयास लगाए जा रहें हैं कि पिछले 6 महीनों में कोरोना के यह सबसे ज्यादा मामले सामने आए हैं। आपको बता दें कि पिछले 2 साल पहले अक्टूबर में कोरोना के 3375 मामले सामने आए थे। जिसके बाद आज यह आंकड़ा देखने को मिल रहा है। 

13 हजार से ज्यादा केस एक्टिव 

स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी किए आंकड़ों के मुताबिक एक तरफ जहां कोरोना के मामले तीन हजार से ज्यादा आए हैं तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ देश में एक्टिव मरीजों का आंकड़ा बढ़कर अब 13 हजार 509 हो गया है। मामलों में लगातार तेजी से बढ़ौतरी होती जा रही है। 

एक तरफ जहां कोरोना के केस लगातार बढ़ते जा रहें हैं तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक इस वायरस से एक दिन में 14 लोगों ने अपनी जिंदगी खो दी है। 

देश के साथ-साथ अन्य राज्यों में भी कोरोना के मामले लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं। जिसमें यूपी, हिमाचल और हरियाणा भी शामिल है। ऐसे में अब देखना यह होगा कि इस बैठक में सरकार क्या रणनीति बनाती है। ताकि कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों को कम किया जा सके। 

आपको बता दें कि पिछले 2 साल पहले अक्टूबर में कोरोना के 3375 मामले सामने आए थे। जिसके बाद आज यह आंकड़ा देखने को मिल रहा है।

यूपी में बढ़ रहा कोरोना का ग्राफ

एक तरफ जहां देश में कोरोना के मामले बढ़ रहे हैं तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ यूपी में भी कोरोना का ग्राफ बढ़ता जा रहा है। पिछले 24 घंटों में कोरोना के 74 नए मामले सामने आए हैं। सबसे ज्यादा एक्टिव केस गौतमबुद्ध नगर में देखने को मिल रहे हैं। वहीं इसके अलावा गाजियाबाद, लखीमपुर, लखनऊ और बिजनौर में भी कोरोना के मामले लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं। ऐसे में अब प्रदेश सरकार भी सख्त होती दिख रही है। 

ब्यूरो: सदन की कार्यवाही आज एक बार फिर शुरू होते ही खत्म हो गई। संदन में हंगामा बढ़ता देख राज्यसभा की कार्यवाही दोपहर 2 बजे और लोकसभा की कार्यवाही शाम 4 बजे तक के लिए स्थगित कर दी गई। 

आपको बता दें कि विपक्ष लगातार अदाणी समूह के खिलाफ सवाल कर रहा है। वहीं राहुल गांधी की सदस्यता जाने पर कांग्रेस पूरी तरह भड़की हुई है। जिसके चलते आज संसद में सोनिया गांधी काली साड़ी में पहुंची। इसके अलावा कांग्रेस के अन्य नेता भी काले कपड़े पहन कर विरोध कर रहें हैं।

कांग्रेस सरकार पर लगातार यह आरोप लगा रही है कि वह लोकतंत्र की आवाज को दबा रहे हैं। अदाणी पर सरकार इतनी मेहरबान क्यों है। ईडी भी उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई कर रही है जो भाजपा से सवाल कर रही है। कांग्रेस के प्रदर्शन में अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे और यूपीए अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी भी मौजूद है।

कांग्रेसी नेताओं का कहना है कि सरकार विपक्ष से पूरी तरह से डरी हुई है। हमारी आवाज को दबाया जा रहा है। सरेआम लोकतंत्र की हत्या की जा रही है। आज सरकार हमारी किसी भी बात का जवाब नहीं दे पा रही है। जिसके चलते हमें सड़कों पर उतरने को मजबूर होना पड़ रहा है। हालांकि आज सदन की कार्यवाही हंगामे के कारण शुरू होते ही स्थगित कर दी गई।

अब इसी फैसले का कांग्रेस लगातार विरोध कर रही है। कांग्रेस का कहना है कि राहुल गांधी ने सरकार से सवाल किए। अडाणी मामले को लगातार उठाया। लेकिन सरकार उन सभी सवालों का जवाब नहीं दे पाई । जिसके बाद से कांग्रेस के सभी नेताओं ने सत्याग्रह करने का फैसला लिया। 

सत्याग्रह करने की नहीं मिली इजाजत

एक तरफ जहां कांग्रेस का सत्याग्रह जारी है। तो वहीं दूसरी तरफ उन्हें राजघाट पर सत्याग्रह की इजाजत नहीं मिली है। दिल्ली पुलिस का कहना है कि इससे कानून व्यवस्था पर प्रभाव पड़ेगा। जिसके चलते दिल्ली में धारा 144 लगा दी गई है।

राहुल गांधी ने ट्विटर पर खुद को लिखा डिसक्वालिफाइड सांसद

सत्याग्रह के दौरान राहुल गांधी ने अपने ट्विटर अकांउट में बदलाव किए हैं। उन्होंने ट्विटर पर खुद को डिसक्वालिफाइड सांसद लिखा है। आपको बता दें कि यह कार्यक्रम आज शाम 5 बजे खत्म होगा।

लोकतंत्र पर हो रहा हमला-राहुल 

बातचीत के दौरान राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि भारत देश में लोकतंत्र पर हमला हो रहा है। उन्हें संसद में बोलने से रोका जा रहा है। राहुल ने यह भी कहा कि जब उन्होंने इस बारे में स्पीकर से पूछा तो वह जवाब देने की बजाए हंसने लगे और बोले -मैं कुछ नहीं कर सकता। 

अडाणी को लेकर सरकार से मांगा जवाब 

राहुल गांधी ने मोदी सरकार से एक बार फिर अडाणी को लेकर जवाब मांगे। उन्होने कहा कि अडाणी जी के पास इतना पैसा कहां से आ रहा है। सरकार उनको पैसे क्यों दे रही है। देश को सरकार की बजाए अडाणी जी ही चलाए जा रहें हैं। वह लगातार करोड़ों में इतना इन्वेस्ट कैसे कर रहें है। सरकार मेरे सवालों का जवाब क्यों नहीं दे रही है?

मोदी जी और अडाणी जी बीच क्या रिश्ता

राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि भाजपा मेरे को यह बता दे कि देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरंेद्र मोदी और अडाणी जी के बीच क्या रिश्ता है। मैंने मीडिया के सामने कई बार उनकी पुरानी तस्वीरें भी दिखाई। इसके अलावा मैंने हवाई जहाज वाली फोटो भी दिखाई। इसके अलावा संसद में भी फोटो दिखा चुका हूं। 

जेल जाने से नहीं डरता-राहुल गांधी 

इस दौरान राहुल गांधी ने यह भी कहा कि मैं लगातार मोदी जी से सवाल पूछूंगा। मुझे कोई रोक नहीं सकता। जब तक मुझेे मेरेे सवालों के जवाब नहीं मिलेंगे तब तक मैं पूछता रहूंगा। इसके लिए चाहे मुझे कितनी भी बारी जेल जाना पड़े। मैं जेल जाने से नहीं डरता। हालांकि इस मामले में मैंने कई बार चिट्ठी भी लिखी लेकिन उस पर भी कोई जवाब नहीं मिला। 

आपको बता दें कि राहुल गांधी ने 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव से पहले कर्नाटक के कोलार में एक रैली की थी। जिसमें उन्होंने अपने भाषण में एक विवादित बयान दिया था। जिसमें राहुल गांधी ने कहा था कि ‘सभी चोरों का सरनेम मोदी क्यों होता है’। जिसके बाद उन पर पिछले 4 साल से मानहानि का केस चल रहा था। उसमें उन्हें दोषी करार दिया गया है। हालांकि राहुल गांधी सुबह से ही सूरत पहुंचे  हुए हैं। उनकी सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतज़ात किए गए हैं। 

हालांकि इससे पहले आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा सोमवार देर शाम एक वीडियो ट्वीट किया जिसमें सीएम केजरीवाल ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने विधानसभा में पेश होने वाले दिल्ली सरकार के बजट को रोक दिया है उस पर रोक लगा दी है। 

इसके अलावा उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि देश के इतिहास में यह पहली बार हुआ है कि जब राजधानी दिल्ली में बजट पेश करने के एक दिन पहले केंद्र ने इस पर रोक लगा दी हो। केजरीवाल ने केंद्र सरकार के खिलाफ अपनी नाराज़गी ज़ाहिर की है। 

केजरीवाल ने जोड़े थे हाथ!

केंद्र सरकार द्वारा बजट रोकने पर मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल ने पीएम मोदी को पत्र लिखकर बजट ना रोकने की अपील की । इसमें उन्होंने लिखा कि ‘आप हम दिल्ली वालों से नाराज़ क्यों है?। प्लीज दिल्ली का बजट मत रोकिए। दिल्ली वाले आपके सामने हाथ जोड़ रहे हैं। आप हमार बजट पास कर दीजिए ।

आपको बता दें कि वित्त मंत्री कैलाश गहलोत द्वारा बीते सोमवार को विधानसभा सदन में रखे गए आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण में यह बताया गया है कि दिल्ली की प्रति व्यक्ति आय 2021 और 2022 में 3,89,529 रूपए की तुलना में मौजूदा कीमतों पर 2022 और 2023 में 14.18 प्रतिशत से बढ़कर 4,44,768 रूपए हो गई है ।

आपको बता दें कि सरकार लगातार राहुल गांधी को घेरेने में लगी है। दरासल भाजपा ने राहुल गांधी पर लंदन में देश विरोधी बयान देने का आरोप लगाया है। जिसके चलते राहुल गांधी ने यह भी कहा था कि अगर सभापति द्वारा उन्हें बोलने का मौका दिया जाएगा तो वह जरूर बोलेंगे। इस दौरान राहुल गांधी ने लोकसभा स्पीकर ओम बिड़ला से भी मुलाकात की थी। 

राहुल गांधी ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर कई बाते मीडिया के सामने कही। इसके अलावा उन्होंने लंदन में दिए गए भाषण के मुद्दे पर कहा कि वह इस बात का जवाब संसद में ही देंगे। ‘मैं सांसद हूं और संसद मेरा मंच है’। 

इस मौके पर राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि मैंने लंदन में जो भाषण दिया है उसमें ऐसी कोई चीज नहीं है जो कहीं रिकॉर्ड से निकाली गई हो। यह सारा मामला भटकाने का है। इस दौरान राहुल गांधी ने एक बार फिर प्रधानमंत्री और अडाणी के मुद्दे को उठाया। उन्होंने कहा कि वह अडाणी को श्रीलंका, बांग्लादेश और ऑस्ट्रेलिया में ठेके मिल रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी मेरी बातों का जवाब ही नहीं दे रहें हैं। 

उन्होंने कहा कि कल अगर मुझे संसद में बोलने का मौका दिया जाता है तो मैं एक बार फिर इस बात को संसद में रखूंगा। हालांकि मुझे लगता है कि वे मुझे कल फिर पार्लियामेंट हाउस में बोलने नहीं दिया जाएगा। आपको बता दें कि इससे पहले संसद के बाहर राहुल गांधी ने कहा था- मैंने लंदन में भारत के खिलाफ कुछ नहीं बोला था। 

फिलहाल राहुल गांधी ने लंदन के बयान पर अपना पक्ष संसद में रखने के लिए एक बार फिर वक्त मांगा है।  

गौरतलब है विपक्ष लगातार मोदी सरकार से अडाणी- हिंडनबर्ग मामले में जेपीसी की मांग कर रहा है। हालांकि बीते कल राहुल गांधी द्वारा लंदन में दिए गए बयान को लेकर भी काफी बवाल हुआ। जिसके चलते भाजपा द्वारा दोनों सदनों में माफी मांग ली गई है। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे का कहना है कि सरकार उन्हें बोलने का मौका नहीं देती। मोदी सरकार लगातार अडानी मुद्दे को लेकर भागती नज़र आ रही है। इसी बात के बाद सदन में हंगामा बढ़ गया और दोनों सदनों को आज यानि मंगलवार सुबह 11 बजे तक स्थगित कर दिया गया।  

आपको बता दें कि मार्च महीने की शुरूआत में ही राहुल गांधी लंदन दौरे पर गए थे। जहां उन्होंने कैम्ब्रिज यूनिवर्सिटी में भाषण देते समय कहा था कि संसद में हम अपनी आवाज नहीं रख सकते । हमें वहां बोलने नहीं दिया जाता। माइक को बंद कर दिया जाता है। भारत में अब लोकतंत्र नहीं रहा है। जिसके बाद से यह विवाद शुरू हुआ था।  

New Delhi, January 25: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday said New Delhi would record the lowest maximum temperature and thus, the coldest day of this season as per the trend.

As per the IMD, it is at -2 to -3 less compared to Monday as 14:30 hours as of Tuesday. It is likely to be 12 to 13 degrees Celsius. The weather forecasting agency predicted cold day to severe cold day conditions in isolated pockets over Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, West Uttar Pradesh during the next two days. New Delhi, January 24: Ahead of the Republic Day, intelligence agencies have alerted security agencies, including Delhi Police, to keep watch on people who were proactive during the Citizenship Amendment Act-National Register of Citizens protests and farmers' agitation.

A senior Delhi Police official said after getting inputs from intelligence agencies, the security of the Red Fort and other important installations in New Delhi area had been increased.

"The intelligence input suggests that people wanted in Delhi violence could disrupt the Republic Day celebration. The alert reads that some people who were wanted in Delhi violence are in touch with anti-social elements backed by foreign sources to destabilise normalcy in the country," he added. New Delhi: Delhi registered 11,684 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours as the fall in the number of daily Covid-19 cases continues, according to update issued by the state Health Department on Tuesday.

As per the update provided by the Delhi Government, the coronavirus positivity rate for the day has declined to 22.47 per cent. A total of 52,002 Covid-19 samples were tested in the last 24 hours. With this, the total cases of the disease in the national capital have gone up to 17,34,181. Out of these patients, 140 are suspected to have Covid-19 while other 2,590 patients are confirmed cases. Of these confirmed patients, 2,233 are from the national capital while 357 are from outside Delhi. Similarly, out of 4,626 beds in Covid care centres, only 402 are occupied, leaving 91.31 per cent of beds vacant. In the Covid health centres, 94.3 per cent of beds are vacant as only nine beds out of total 158 are currently occupied by the patients.
