Students from poor background would show up stating that we have bagged admission in so and so university but sadly cannot pursue ahead to weak financial support. Few of them couldn’t even afford 20,000 fees. Eventually such students, if not given monetary support, will withdraw their names from the colleges and end up being unemployed. But had they been given a student loan, things would be totally different. A student receiving help of 20-50-80 thousand for studies will land into a job that will help him to become capable enough to feed his family. You see this will solve so many challenges simultaneously that Punjab is facing today.” Ensuring higher education to all the students in Punjab, Sukhbir Singh Badal said “SAD will come up with a ‘Student Card Scheme”. To avail the benefits the student will just need to submit offer letter that they receive from college and they will get financial assistance of up to 10 lac rupees. He said that the biggest advantage of the medical college was that there would be study of every disease for which a doctor for every disease would also be available. Replying to a query raised by Dr. Kular, Sukhbir Singh Badal said that the first ever 'Health Card' in the country was issued during the Akali Dal government in Punjab under 'Bhai Ghania Scheme' from which the Center had started the Lifetime Scheme. Sukhbir Singh Badal said that Punjab needed to be transformed into a medical health and education tourism so that people from other states could come to Punjab for treatment and return home hearty and healthy. We are also thinking to introduce interest subsidy of 5% on the loans availed by these business owners.” A local business from Zirkpur,  Shiv kumar Mittal owner at Mittal Agencies & Super Store  while expressing his concerns said, “Farmers get their loans waived off, and on the contrary we have to pay high interest. A middle class business owner like me would take a lifetime to repay those loans. On festive occasions we are exploited by the administrative officers” Replying to the issue raised by Mital, Sukhbir Singh Badal said, “In our last tenure we had scheme, under which a small scale business owner with annual income less than of 25 lakh rupees would have to pay a sum of rupees five thousand to the government and nobody in police or other administrative department would dare to ask them for such favours. "The future of the state, community, depends on the youth. Giving them the right direction and skills will help develop the state. The problem is that our youth has no direction these days. I am clear that education is necessary for the youth. There are two types of education i.e. quantity education and quality education. I want to focus on quality instead of quantity," he said. Dr. RS Bawa asked the SAD president to have a policy document as a government that includes the solution of students' grievances. To this, Shiromani Akali Dal president said that the 'rich kids' get good quality of education while those poor struggle hard to get it. "Therefore, our vision is to set up at least one school for 5000 students in a population of 25,000 people. There will be a standard norm to have one teacher for 50 students," he said. Meanwhile, Dr. Prabhleen Singh asked the SAD president about the issues of students leaving the country for their future. The SAD president said that if the students want to go to foreign countries for education, then it is good. Farming needs water, mandi system among others. The SAD has always worked towards enhancing the infrastructure for farmers." Sarabjit Singh Pandher asked Sukhbir Badal about the wealth generation process and the situation of small farmers who are forced to sell their land to send their children to foreign countries. To this, Sukhbir Badal said: "We need to head towards diversification. We have decided, if voted to power, we will provide loans on free interest to a woman who keeps 10 animals and will also provide insurance cover for those animals. It will help them in getting additional income." "Also, we will encourage maize farming for which we need ethanol factories. Foreign countries are using ethanol instead of petrol and diesel. Maize farming is a cash crop. If voted to power, we will provide MSP on fruits, vegetables, and milk," he added. On the other hand, Sukh Harpreet Singh Rode asked the SAD president about the issue of the "substandard" quality of milk. He highlighted that several people are using bad quality milk and even getting higher profits. To this, the SAD president said "it is the most dangerous thing in Punjab. As drugs destroy youth, the bad quality of milk will destroy the whole Punjab." "If voted to power, we will bring an Act in which if a person caught selling bad quality of milk will be given life imprisonment and all his properties will be attached," he said. Meanwhile, Jack Singh Danewalia posed a question on the issue of horticulture. Sukhbir Singh Badal said the Punjab Government should work more in the horticulture sector. "To enhance this, we need to establish grading and packing centre. Then, we need to develop a cold chain system. If our system will be developed and once we started exporting our crops, the cost of crops will be raised." ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਸੜਕਾਂ, ਪੁੱਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਖੇਤਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿੱਤਾਮੁੱਖੀ ਕੋਰਸ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਉਣ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਰ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਲਈ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਲੋਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਆਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਜਿੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਚਾਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਹਿਜ਼ 300 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਤੱਕ ਸਮਾਗਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਰੈਲੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ 1000 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ 500 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, 20 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ-ਘਰ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਰੈਲੀਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ 11 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਤੱਕ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਤਿੰਨ ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਅਬਾਦੀ ਤੱਕ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣਾ ਅੱਜੇ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਔਖਾ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਇੱਕੋ ਇੱਕ ਪੰਥਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਨੁਮਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਸੂਬੇ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਵਰਚੁਅਲ ਸੰਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਵਰਚੁਅਲ
