SAD committed to provide free education facility to SC & BC students: Sukhbir Badal

Shiromani Akali Dal on Monday took out a march to the residence of former SC Welfare Director turned Cong MLA Balwinder Dhaliwal who ganged up with minister Sadhu Singh Dharamsot to loot Rs 64 crore and held a dharna near it. "We won’t relent till those responsible for SC Scholarship Scam are put behind bars, the SAD President Sukhbir Singh Badal said during Phagwara protest. "The thousands of people who were coming out to protest against the embezzlement of Rs 64 crore SC scholarship scam by Sadhu Singh Dharamsot and Balwinder Dhaliwal in Phagwara has strengthened our resolve to ensure he is put behind bars 1 month after the SAD government is formed in Punjab," Sukhbir Singh Badal said during the Phagwara protest. The Shiromani Akali Dal President further said that he joins Punjabis in asking Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh to tell one thing that he did for Punjab in the last 4 years. "I join Punjabis in asking CM Captain Amarinder Singh to tell 1 thing he has done for Punjab in the last 4 years.
