SAD delegation meets PM Narendra Modi , Demands removal of Rajiv Gandhi’s name from Institutions, Awards and Public Schemes A delegation of Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) under the leadership of party president Sukhbir Singh Badal met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi on Wednesday. The delegation appealed to PM Modi that former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi name should be removed from Institutions, awards and public schemes. Earlier, Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leaders had also demanded a special sitting of Punjab assembly for revocation of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi’s Bharat Ratna award. Also Read: M.
