Dramatic scenes were witnessed outside the Punjab Vidhan Sabha ahead of the tabling of the Justice Ranjit Singh commission report  with the opposition Akali Dal sitting on dharna outside the assembly after being disallowed to take some documents pertaining to commission report inside.

The leaders set up “shop” for selling the report, which leaders led by Bikram Singh Majithia said were freely available and thus it was a breach of privilege of the House. Akali leaders also scattered copies of the report outside the vidhan Sabha and later sat on dharna outside the main gate of Vidhan Sabha after they are stopped from taking the copies of the report inside.

‘Congress and Khera group want to repeat history, recreate the Emergency that was once at the time of Indira Gandhi. It is the murder of democracy in the hands of Congress.’ he added.

‘There is a conspiracy by Congress, the ISI people who attacked Manjit GK yesterday, who’s agenda do think it was? ISI is funding these organisation,’ says Bikram Majithia.

Slogans like ‘Kejriwal group 50 rupee’, ‘Director and produced of forged and fake report’ , ‘Congress Party, Indira Gandhi Murda Baad’ were also raised outside the Punjab Vidhan Sabha to protest against the report.

‘Midnight conspiracy revealed! The conspirators of the Sarkari Congress Ranjit report meeting a night before the tabling of the report in the Vidhan Sabha at CMR at this moment Conspirators Congress Jathedar Daduwal Tript Rajinder Bajwa and supporting cast,’ Bikram Singh Majithia posted on Twitter last night.
