Sajjan Kumar bail cancellation- Today 2nd Judge also refused to hear the matter. Earlier st Judge refused to give any new judgement on the same.

Now, a 3rd judge has been appointed to look into the matter and handle this case in HC.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT), probing the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, approached the Delhi High Court seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted by the trial court to Congress leader Sajjan Kumar in a case of killing of three Sikhs. —PTC News
