The Royal City Patiala and the Holy City Amritsar get new Mayor
Sanjeev Kumar Bittu, Karamjit singh Rintu new Mayor of Patiala, Amritsar: Sanjeev Kumar Bittu has been elected as the new Mayor of Patiala while Karamjit singh Rintu elected as new Mayor of Amritsar. Yoginder Singh Jogi will be the Senior Deputy Mayor and Vinti Sangar, the Deputy Mayor. The election for these posts was held on Tuesday January 23, 2018. Raman Bhaksi elected senior deputyy mayor and Younis Kumar as deputy mayor. -PTC News
