Sapna Choudhary likely to join Congress in Haryana
The Haryanvi pop sensation Sapna Choudhary on Friday, June 22, visited the Congress headquarters in New Delhi seeking an appointment to meet Congress chief Rahul Gandhi and former UPA head Sonia Gandhi.
Sapna, while talking to the mediapersons said she had sought time to meet the UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi and will reveal details about the meeting later.
I am an admirer of the UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Congress chief Rahul Gandhi, she said when asked whether she is a supporter of the Congress.
On being asked whether she will campaign for the Congress in upcoming elections, the Haryanvi singer said, “She would like to campaign for the party, if given a chance.”
