New Delhi, August 29: The Supreme Court stated on Monday that it will not interfere with NEET-PG 2022 Counselling as it cannot put students' life in jeopardy.
The apex court made the statement after a lawyer mentioned a plea relating to NEET-PG 2022.
The lawyer stated that counselling would begin on September 1 and asked the court to list items prior to that date.
The bench of Justices DY Chandrachud and Hima Kohli has stated that it will not interfere in NEET PG counselling.
"Don't stall it anymore," said the court and added, "We cannot put the students in jeopardy."
The issue was raised in a petition that questioned the National Board of Examinations' decision not to distribute the answer key and question paper for NEET-PG 2022. The petition alleges significant differences in the test scores of the individuals who took the test.
