Hardev Singh Laddi Sherowalia takes oath of office
Congress MLA from Shahkot, Hardev Singh Laddi Sherowalia took oath at the Vidhan Sabha, here on Tuesday. The Chief Minister of Punjab, Captain Amarinder Singh thanked the people of Shahkot for Laddi’s resounding victory, which had given the Congress government 2/3rds majority in the state Assembly. Meanwhile, Laddi, who was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Speaker Punjab Vidhan Sabha Rana KP Singh in the presence of the Chief Minister, thanked the people of his constituency for expressing faith in the policies and programmes of the Captain Amarinder Singh led government. -PTC News
