Sikh devotees praise arrangements made by Bihar government for parkash purb of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji
A widespread arrangements have been made by the Nitish Kumar led Bihar government for 352nd Parkash purb of tenth guru Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
Sikh devotees reaching Takhat Sri Harmandir Sahib Gurdwara from across the country and abroad praised the arrangements made by the state government for the grand event.
At Kangan Ghat, buildings have being constructed in half the ground to accomodate devotee who has come to witness parkash purb of tenth guru . The tent city formed at Kangan Ghat is housing more than 30,000 people whereas Gurdwara Kangan Ghat and Bypass is housing 5,000 people .
The buildings are all-weather tents which can brave wind and rain and are fire-resistant as well. The buildings are of different sizes, which have individual beds. . The tents are also well equipped with facilities like charging points, beds, blankets, geysers and blowers. The folding cots are also made available with mattresses and blankets to devotees.
