The Special Investigation Team (SIT) formed to investigate the Behbal Kalan and Kotkapura police firing incidents on sacrilege issue summoned three Punjab Police officials in connection with the incident on Friday

The SIT summoned former Moga Senior Superitendent of Police (SSP) Charanjit Singh, Former SP (investigation) Bikramjit Singh and Former Station House Officer (SHO) Bajakhana police station Amarjit Singh.

IG Kunwar Vijay Pratap, member of the five-member SIT, issued the summons today. He has called the Punjab police officials to be present before the SIT in Chandigarh on January 29.
