Speaker Admits No-Trust Motion Against Modi Government. Government t is ready for discussion on all issues.” Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar said the government was ready to face the no-confidence motion and win it as it enjoyed a two-thirds majority in the House. The party’s Lok Sabha leader Mallikarjun Kharge said that the Congress was also in talks with other minded parties to support similar moves.
