Australia's Former Skipper Steve Smith has reclaimed his number 1 position on the MRF Tyres ICC Test Rankings for Batsmen replacing Virat Kohli, following his first-ball duck in Jamaica Test. Virat Kohli-led Team India is on the top of the ICC Test Championship points table with 120 points. Also, Virat Kohli has surpassed MS Dhoni to become India's most successful Test captain. Recently, ICC has announced the ICC Test rankings on Tuesday. Steve Smith is having a single point lead comparing to Virat Kohli, but he might get the lead in the fourth Ashes Test, which will start from Wednesday. Smith was on the top of the ICC Test Rankings for Batsmen since 2015, but the year 2018, took away several investments that he made in Test cricket.
