Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal expressed profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Former Punjab Governor and ex-chief of Army General OP Malhotra. Mr. OP Malhotra passed away at his residence in Gurgaon due to old-age complications on Tuesday morning. He was 93.
