Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal and Union Minister of Food Processing Harsimrat Kaur Badal along with several other leaders welcomed the International Nagar Kirtan which has entered in India through the Attari Wagah Border in Amritsar, coming from Sri Nankana Sahib in Pakistan to mark 550th Prakash Purab of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. There was the huge number of people gathered to welcome the International Nagar Kirtan as it enters in India from Sri Nankana Sahib, Pakistan to mark 550th Prakash Purab of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Also, the Punjab Police gave a salute to the Palki as it entered India, through the Attari Wagah Border in India.
