Supreme Court declares Aadhaar scheme as Constitutionally valid The Supreme Court has declared the centre’s flagship Aadhaar scheme as constitutionally valid on Wednesday. The Supreme Court’s 5-judge constitution bench said that Aadhaar means Unique and it would be better if it is kept unique than it is being kept as best.
