Teenager held for issuing rape threat to MS Dhoni's daughter Ziva: A 16-year-old boy was held from Mundra in Gujarat for allegedly issuing rape threats against cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni's minor daughter Ziva after CSK vs KKR IPL match, the police said.
The Kutch (West) Superintendent of Police, Saurabh Singh, said that the Class 12 student was detained in connection with a rape threat to MS Dhoni's daughter Ziva that was posted on the Instagram account of Dhoni's wife Sakshi Dhoni a few days back.

As per the report, the teenager has "confessed" to have posted the rape threat to Ziva after the CSK vs KKR, IPL 2020 match, the police said.

Meanwhile, the Ranchi police shared information regarding the teenager with Kutch (West) police and asked them to confirm if he was the one who posted the threat message.
Condemning the act by the teenager, Priyanka Chaturvedi took to Twitter and wrote: "This has to be the most disgusting example of how social media platforms are being misused. If GoI still turns a blind eye to this then I’d say they are complicit in promoting and condoning such mentality with regards to women and sick, perverse mentality."
Actor-turned-politician Nagma said in a tweet: "Where are we headed as a Nation? It's disgusting Dhoni's 5-Year-Old Daughter Ziva is Getting Rape Threats after CSK Lost IPL Match to KKR. Mr #PM what is this happening In our country??"
Dhoni is the captain of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 season.
