9 killed as terrorists open fire at Pakistan Stock Exchange in Karachi

In a major incident, Pakistan Stock Exchange was attacked by four heavily armed militants on Monday morning. As many as 9 people were killed in an exchange of fire. Among those killed were four security guards and a police officer who were shot dead. As per the report, the unidentified militants opened fire and hurled grenades at the main gate of a multi-storey building, Geo News reported. Meanwhile, the police and Rangers' officials rushed to the spot and killed all the four militants near the entrance gates. Also, the police recovered AK-47 rifles, hand grenades, magazines and other explosive materials. The police stated that the militants had come for a long siege.
