Three held with intoxicant powder in Hoshiarpur
The police have arrested three youths with intoxicating powder on Sunday.

Bharat Masih, in-charge of Model town police station, said during a naka near the Bhangi Chow Canal on the Hoshiarpur road, a car, which was coming from the opposite direction, was signalled to stop but the three occupants of the vehicle tried to flee the spot. The police arrested them after a chase.

During the search, 45 gm of intoxicating powder was recovered from the suspects. The suspects has been identified as Sonu, Shiv Sidhu and Sonu Singh.

The police has registered a case under the NDPS act against the accused.
