Farmers death in protest: Those who think that farmers protesting against farm laws 2020 in Delhi are having fun should think again. More than 80 farmers have lost their lives during the Kisan Andolan.

Meanwhile, three more farmers died during Kisan Andolan on Monday while the cause of their deaths has not been ascertained so far.

According to the information, two of them were from Haryana while one of them was from Punjab.

They have been identified as Gurmeet Singh from Mansa district in Punjab, Jaiveer from village Bagla in Hisar district, and Jogendra from Mirchpur village in Haryana.

The age of the deceased is said to be between 41 and 48. Their bodies were sent for post-mortem but no cause of death has been announced so far.

Most of the deaths are taking place due to bone-chilling winters. More than 30 farmers have lost their lives at the Tikri border.

Farmers have been protesting at Delhi borders while 11 rounds of meetings have taken place between farmers and the Centre so far but remained inconclusive.

The farmers have been protesting against farm laws 2020 in Delhi. These laws are Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act, 2020, Farmers’ Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020, and Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act, 2020.
