In connection with Greta Thunberg’s’ toolkit case, the Delhi Police has issued non-bailable warrants against Nikita Jacob. The Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted a three-week interim transit bail to Nikita Jacob, granting her temporary protection from arrest.

Nikita Jacob’s lawyers argued that she had co-operated in the investigations and would continue to do so. The Bombay HC considered this argument while granting interim transit bail to Jacob whom the Delhi Police described as a “committed operator in an international anti-India information warfare.” Image result for Nikita Jacob Jacob’s lawyer Samyukta De said she would now move for anticipatory bail. Delhi Police had secured non-bailable warrants against Jacob for her alleged role in creating a toolkit which was later shared with global climate activist Greta Thunberg who shared the same on Twitter and then deleted it. Delhi police has claimed that the toolkit was prepared in collaboration with Khalistan sympathizers based in Canada.

According to the reports, a special cell team went to Nikita Jacob’s house in Mumbai and examined her electronic gadgets, however, she was not present in the house at that time.
