In order to mitigate the traffic congestion around Elante Mall in the wake of Christmas and New year , the Chandigarh traffic police have decided to ban taxi cabs and auto-rickshaws from entering the inner loop around Elante Mall.

The traffic cabs and autorickshaw drivers have been provided an exclusive pick-up and drop area in front of the main entrance of Elante Mall.

Meanwhile, the traffic police have also advised people who wish to use their own private vehicles to approach Elante Mall either from Hyatt hotel or HDFC side.
