An under-construction building of Gurdwara Sahib on Sunday collapsed in Nohar, Rajasthan during the wee hours. During this incident, four out of six workers died while the other two were seriously injured. All the six volunteer workers were resting in the building. According to the media sources, the entire construction of the three-storey gurdwara was complete. Only the dome was left.

It was built on different ancient technology. The collapsing building made a thunderous sound, following which residents of the neighbouring houses came to rescue the workers. The building collapsed around 2:30 am. Hundreds of people reached the spot and recovered the dead bodies and rescued the injured.
Around 7:30 am, all the victims were extricated. Two of them died on the spot while the other two died while on the way to the hospital.
Police has initiated an inquiry in this matter.
