Two Indian high commission officials missing in Pakistan

Two officials of the Indian High Commission in Islamabad went missing on Monday morning, the sources said. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has taken up the matter of untraceable Indian officials (working with Indian High Commission in Islamabad) with Pakistan, Akhilesh Singh, First Secretary & Spokesperson, Indian High Commission, Pakistan was quoted as saying by news agency ANI. As per the report, a vehicle with two Central Industrial Security Force drivers had gone out for duty but did not reach the destination. Both of them are missing since then," the sources said. The incident has been reported after India expelled two officials of Pakistan High Commission on the charges of spying. Likewise, it had ordered them to leave the country within 24 hours. Meanwhile, it is getting difficult for the Indian High Commission to resume normal functioning.
