Undertrial prisoner raped in a hospital in Bihar
An undertrial prisoner, lodged in a jail in Sitamarhi district was raped by two men in a hospital in Muzaffarpur in Bihar on Friday. The victim was admitted in a hospital for her treatment.
The incident came to light on Friday after the victim informed her jail superintendent after returning from the Sri Krishna Medical College. According to the complaint, the victim was raped by the two men, Sailesh Kumar and Chotelal Kumar, on November 14.
Meanwhile, police has registered a case on the basis of a written complaint by the victim.
