Video of passenger's argument with Sadhvi Pragya on SpiceJet flight goes viral
Soon after Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP’s) Member of Parliament (MP) from Bhopal, Pragya Singh Thakur, complained against the staff of SpiceJet flight crew, a video has surfced on the Internet where Sadhvi is arguing with passengers on the same flight. In the video, passengers on the flight can be heard saying that she is a people’s representative and therefore she should not trouble them. BJP MP, who is accused in the Malegaon blast case, replied to the passenger that "I said it at the beginning itself -- show me your rulebook -- If I don't feel comfortable, I will go". To this, a passenger responded and said that she is a representative of the people and therefore should not trouble them. "You should have that moral value that if one person is getting troubled because of you, you should own up because you are the leader. You are not ashamed that you have held 50 people at ransom," the man tells Thakur. BJP MO Sadhvi Pragya then told the man to mind his language to which he said, "The language was absolutely correct." Afterwards, Sadhvi Thakur lodged a complaint with Raja Bhoj Airport (Bhopal) Director against SpiceJet over the allotment of seat and alleged that she was mistreated. Finally, she was alighted from flight SG 2489 after requests from the crew and lodged the complaint. Meanwhile, BJP MP Pragya Singh Thakur stated that "I was travelling on a SpiceJet flight. I have problem in my spinal cord and was allotted seat 1A which has leg space. I even paid extra for it. She added that "Some passengers came and asked why is the flight being delayed. People thought I am showing off my VIP status but I was travelling as a normal passenger. I travelled in pain at the back, and later complained to Bhopal Airport Director."
