Vigilance Nabs Patiala’s ASI for taking Bribe
State Vigilance Bureau on Wednesday arrested Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) of Patiala Police Station for taking a bribe. ASI was caught red-handed while accepting the bribe of Rs 10,000.

The Vigilance team told the media sources that it has arrested the accused ASI on the spot for taking the bribe of Rs. 10,000 from the complainant in the presence of two officials.

A case under Prevention of Corruption Act has been registered against ASI Shashi Pal Singh.
