West Bengal: Six dead after Temple's wall collapsed during Janmashtami celebration

West Bengal: As many as 6 people have died after a wall of a temple, where people were gathering to celebrate Janmashtami, collapsed in Kachua, North 24 Pargana, on Friday. The incident took place when there was a huge number of people gathered to celebrate the Krishna Janmashtami 2019, with excitement and joy. Meanwhile, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced a compensation of Rs. 5 lakhs for the family of the deceased, Rs.1 lakh for those who are critically injured and Rs. 50,000 for others with minor injuries. Well, the whole nation is celebrating the birth of Lord Krishna which is called as the Krishna Janmashtami.
