Rakesh Tikait Video: Amid heavy security arrangements at Delhi borders, the Bharatiya Kisan Union leader Rakesh Tikait, on Friday, was seen as a common farmer with a shovel in his hand. In a video making rounds on the Internet, Rakesh Tikait covered nails, placed by the police administration, with soil and planted flowers at that place.

Ahead of Chakka Jam in India on February 6, Tikait stated that there will be no road blockade in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand while the roads will be blocked in the rest parts of the country excluding Delhi.
