Woman Delivered “A Pre-Mature Dead Foetus” In Air Asia Flight A Pre-Mature Dead Foetus was found in Air Asia flight lavatory on Wednesday. The Delhi-bound flight was coming from Imphal via Guwahati. The flight number is I5 784, which originate from Imphal. An investigation has been initiated by Delhi Police and airport security. The foetus has been sent for a forensic test. The biological mother of the baby has not been identified yet. The biological mother is reportedly a minor from Imphal who boarded the flight from Guwahati. Air Asia spokesperson said, “A newborn infant was found lifeless and abandoned in one of the lavatories when the aircraft was being prepared for landing. Delhi Police was alerted and a doctor from the medical team at Delhi International Airport confirmed that the baby had been delivered onboard.” The Aviation regulator Directorate General of Civil Aviation had been informed. The airline said, “We will be assisting in the investigation and cooperating with all concerned agencies. AirAsia India would like to apologise to all guests experiencing disruptions in their flight schedule.” -PTC NEWS
