World Toilet Day 2019: Toilet Ek Prem Katha is the best example

World Toilet Day is celebrated every year to promote sanitation and help break taboos associated with toilets. Bollywood film, Toilet Ek Prem Katha, succinctly encapsulates the message of the need to eradicate the menace of open defecation. In 2013, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) officially set November 19 as World Toilet Day to tackle the global sanitation crisis and provide sustainable sanitation to all by 2030. This year, the theme for World Toilet Day 2019 is 'Leaving No One Behind.' According to the UN, sanitation is a human right but 4.2 billion people are deprived of safely managed sanitation. The UN describes a toilet as 'life-saver', 'dignity-protector' and 'opportunity maker'. https://www.ptcnews.tv/unicorn-puppy-born-with-extra-tail-on-head-is-ruling-hearts-of-millions-video/ In the film, Toilet Ek Prem Katha, starring Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar, Bhumi leaves her in-laws’ home because there is no toilet there.
