A Satellite-based businessman received such messages from an anonymous woman. He approached police and filed an FIR. Vijay Narang (38), on Tuesday, approached the police when he was harassed by an anonymous woman. The woman asked him if he was single. In his complaint, he told the police that he felt harassed by the woman. She wants to befriend him. When Vijay blocked the woman’s number on Whatsapp, she started sending him text messages. The man also threatened the woman that he would approach the police if she does not stop messaging him. In return, the woman told her that he can report to the police. Following which, Vijay filed a complaint. A case was registered under Section 507 IPC with Vastrapur police.
