UP youth sets off Diwali cracker in 3-year-old's mouth, victim critical In a shocking incident, a three-year-old was badly injured in Meerut on Diwali eve, when a mischievous youth put a firecracker in her mouth and lit it. The girl was immediately rushed to the hospital nearby. The doctors described her condition as very critical. The girl’s father told that his daughter was playing outside when accused came and put a sutli bomb in her mouth and lit it. The bomb exploded in girl’s mouth and caused serious injuries. The girl received fifty stitches and her throat has also been infected badly. The infection is causing serious health complications.
