Mumbai cruise drug bust case: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has claimed before a court that the WhatsApp chats of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchantt and Munmum Dhamecha have pointed towards the involvement of international elements in the drug trade in India.
The NCB claimed Aryan Khan discussed modes of payment for procuring drugs and used several code names for the same. The custody of the trio has been extended till October 7.

While Aryan Khan is the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, Munmum Dhamecha is a model, hails from a business family from Madhya Pradesh. Arbaaz Merchantt is an actor and a friend of several star kids, including Aryan Khan. he hails from Mumbai's Bandra.
The timeline
Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan and seven others, were booked by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and charged with various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act in the Mumbai cruise drug bust case. The NCB busted a drugs party onboard a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast and arrested Aryan among others. The 23-year-old was remanded to the custody of the NCB till October 4.

However, on October 4, the Esplanade Court in Mumbai sent Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the custody of the NCB till October 7.
