Petrol, diesel prices in India hiked once again; check rates here
The layman is facing hardship due to another hike in petrol and diesel prices in India that took the rates to a record high on Thursday.
In Delhi, petrol is being sold at Rs 103.24 a litre, a hike by 34 paise while the rate of diesel has reached Rs 91.77 per litre, with a hike of 35 paise.

In Mumbai, petrol and diesel cost Rs 109.25 (up by Rs 0.29) and Rs 99.55 per litre (up by Rs 0.38), respectively.

Petrol is being retailed at Rs 103.94 a litre and diesel at Rs 94.88 per litre in Kolkata while petrol costs Rs 100.75 per litre and diesel Rs 95.26 a litre in Chennai.
While petrol is Rs 111.76 a litre in Bhopal the diesel costs Rs 100.80 per litre.

Petrol and diesel prices in India are revised by the oil marketing companies including Bharat Petroleum, Indian Oil and Hindustan Petroleum.
The new rates get implemented at 6 am on a daily basis. The states vary from state to state because of the value-added taxes, local and freight charges.
