The incident took a new turn after an Instagram page called ‘Gopi Lahoria Group’ posted a message claiming responsibility for the firing. The post reportedly included threats against the targeted outlet, raising suspicions of a possible gang-related attack.
Following the social media post, the police cyber cell also joined the investigation. Officials are checking whether the Instagram account is genuinely connected to a gang or was created by someone to spread fear and falsely claim responsibility.
