Huge cache of arms recovered from an old house in Patiala
Labourers discovered a huge cache of weapons underneath when the foundations of a house were dug up in Patiala on Friday. Police told the media that labourers found an AK-47 rifle, a butt stain gun, 4 cartridges AK 47, 15 rounds of stun guns, 3 grenades and a box detector.

While briefing the media, Harmeet Singh Hundal, Superintendent of Police, said that Col. Jasmael Singh informed the police about the weapons discovered. He told that the Colonel decided to demolish his old house to construct a new one. While digging up the foundation, the labourers found these weapons buried in the soil. Police has recovered the weapons.
Police has registered a case against unidentified people under Section 25 of the Arms and Explosives Act.
