The deceased have been identified as Jitendra Kumar (30), his wife Manju (28), and their daughter Advika.

The incident unfolded on Monday early in the morning at around 6:30 am when police received information that three people had hanged themselves at a house in Prem Nagar Colony. All three were immediately rushed to a hospital where they were declared brought dead.

According to the family members, it was also the child's birthday.

The family is survived by Jitendra’s mother, Bimla Devi, and his brother, who lives in Canada with his family.

According to relatives, Jitendra had messaged his brother-in-law shortly before the incident. At the time, the couple and their daughter were in a room on the first floor, while his mother was downstairs. After receiving the message, the relative rushed to the house and alerted others. When the door was opened, the three were found hanging.
