One arrested with heroin worth Rs 4 crore in Ludhiana, Punjab.
A team of Special Task Force from Ludhiana, Punjab arrested a man with heroin worth Rs 4 crore, police officials said on Saturday morning.
Avtar Singh who has been arrested is a resident of Sirsa.
Incharge Harbans Singh said that the police had arrested him near Vardhaman Mill late on Friday night.
A case has been registered, and the further questioning is carried out.
